Sea, Sand, Sun & Fun Gallery exhibit...

"The William Ris Gallery presents...

Sea, Sand, Sun & Fun... an art show featuring local artists whos love of surfing is translated to oils, photography and sculpture. Artists include John Baker, Jamie Kelly, Steve Mullen, Steve Kazuma and Scott Soens, all avid surfers who travel the globe for their love of surfing."


I'll be one of the featured artists @ the upcoming show "Sea, Sand, Sun & Fun" @ the William Ris Gallery in Stone Harbor, NJ next month. Opening reception will be Sat. May 1st 7-10pm. Come by the gallery and buy everything in sight. A portion of the proceeds go to the Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Fund.

Andy's Firewire finished...



Here's a pic of the finished firewire of Andy's that I posted in a prior post... more from the ding room . It turned out really good. I'm getting better at these major epoxy repairs. Better late than never, I guess.

Alaia for the No Passport Needed raffle is finished.

This board will be raffled off @ the party for the No Passports Needed movie tomorrow night 4/9 @ Yesterdays Bar in Marmora NJ. Raffle tickets are $10 each.

I made this board from 3 strips of white cedar. Finished in a waterborne polyurethane.

Dashboard Fishermen...


I just completed 12 of these for my friends @ the new 24-7 Bait & Tackle shop in EHT. They will be available there for purchase. They have great wiggling action and are mounted on driftwood bases. Check them out before they are all gone.

Board for the Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Fund...


I've been participating in the Borek Art show for about 4 years now. The families @ the BBMF contacted me about doing this board for their party next weekend. I'm happy with the way it came out. The muted "Fin Revolution" painting in the background makes it for me.

Brendan’s Fund strives to provide “High Tide” conditions for local Cape May County families who have a child or young adult with cancer.

Brendan’s Fund is a not-for-profit grassroots organization whose efforts are directed towards providing comprehensive, compassionate and personalized assistance to these special children and their families. Services range from professional counseling and advocacy programs to financial and material assistance.
